Mike and I have been affected personally by the recent events in Haiti, Mike's close friend Matt Herbert was in Port au Prince during the earthquakes and gave us such a scare thinking of him... was he ok... what was he witnessing... will he come home? Based on this revelation of what was ACTUALLY happening there... that they are not just a far away country with far away concerns, we have connected to the tragedy more personally.
Matt, thankfully is fine and wanting to return to help... and reminded us the small things we can all do to help with this poor, devastated country. Please, if nothing else, please buy this AMAZING album.

it has many fantastic celebrity contributions that make the purchase worth while... but knowing where the funds are directed, I hope, helps knowing that we as a culture, care about one another...

Something that always stands out to me about you is your sincere compassion for hurting people. That is such a gift. You're always genuinely concerned and you take an active part in making people (and the world) a better place.
